Our school's new Games Promotion Officer (GPO) for football, Dave Farrelly, began training our junior classes this week. Dave comes from our parish club, Templeogue Synge St. He is pictured here with the boys from Mr. Gough's Junior Infant class. Outside of the work he does in school, Dave manages Templeogue Synge St "Junior Academy" for boys aged between 4 and 7 years. The academy runs from 10.30am to 11.45am on Saturdays in Bushy Park. Dave is eager to see as many Pius boys down in Bushy in the coming weeks to hone their skills! Our Very First Pius App!

Full marks to Aidan, our premier Pius programmer. Aidan is a wiz with the computer and has mastered lots of languages. His latest foray is into the world of apps. He has written an app for androids which can be downloaded from the Playstore. You can search there for the st_piusxbns app. It's free.

[Don't forget to ask Mum's permission before downloading anything.]{P.S. or Dad's!}
