The boys in Mr. Gough's 6th class have been investigating over the past number of weeks. They have examined the changes heat can make to materials and liquids......by burning, freezing and cooling paper, sugar, water, wood, cloth and many more. As a final treat the boys boiled a tin of condensed milk for over three hours! When they opened it they were amazed to see a tin of sweet Caramel!! A delicious treat was had by all for the hard work during experiments over the past fortnight.

Silly season has well and truly begun in Ms Gallagher's 1st class. Each boy wrote a letter to Santa Claus to show him just how much better we are getting at our handwriting. Once the letters were written, off we went to the postbox to send them to the North Pole. We have no doubt that Mr. Claus will be super impressed.

The boys in Mr.Gough's 6th class just couldn't wait for the snow to arrive. They got their ice-caps on and made their very own snowmen snowmobiles. Having raided closets all week, they used wire hangers and materials to make their creations. They had brrrrr...illiant fun designing each item of clothing to decorate their festive frozen friends!!
