Building Bridges

The boys in Ms. Redmond's 5th class became engineers this week when they designed, made and tested the strength of various bridges. The boys made their structures using only 20 straws and some selotape! Some bridges were able to hold almost 500g. Well done boys.

Mind those calories during the festive period! The revised food pyramid from the Department of Health cites fruit and vegetables as the most important component of one's diet.
