Ciaran from Ms.Pleamonn’s 3rd class has been very busy during spring growing his vegetable garden at home! However, it is not just potatoes that he grows he also has red cabbage, broccoli, leaks, beans, sweetcorn, strawberries, parsley, basil, onions, tomatoes, pumpkins, and rhubarb to name a few! Make sure to keep an eye out for Ciaran in your local Farmers’

We had the best day ever on our school tour to Kildare Maze Activity Centre. With the lovely weather the boys had a great day outdoors, gathering steps. . . and losing their teacher!! The boys really enjoyed roaming the maze, which has over 2km of paths and is nearly 2 acres in size!

The sun was shining today and so were the boys from Junior Infants and 5th class. A great day was had by all. Safe to say we are all tired after that one! 🥱😴 Nevertheless we are looking forward to tomorrow’s sports day!! 🙂

Our Community Garda, Brendan, visited the boys in 6th class today and gave them some tips on staying safe online. They also chatted about what’s expected of them as young men of our community.

What can we recycle and what is not recyclable???? We all got the opportunity to learn about what can and cannot be recycled. Why don’t you try this at home? Look out for the gtrrn recycling bin label on the side of the packaging.
