The boys in Ms. O’Dell’s 3rd class are currently on week 8 of the ‘Young Engineers’ program. Today they built their very own motorised carousels using a step-by-step guide. Look at what they built!
Tadgh came into Ms. O’Dell’s 3rd class on Monday with a medal that he won on the weekend. He was competing in the ‘Dublin International Open’ for his Jiu Jitsu club. His team came 4th out of several clubs across the county. Congratulations Tadhg!
Tomás from Ms. O’Kelly’s Junior Infants has a great imagination and just might be a future surgeon… His magic key took him on an adventure inside the body past the heart and lungs and lots of other vital organs. Well done Tomás 😃😃😃
Last weekend Adam from Mr.Geraghty’s 6th Class competed in a national cross-country event in Donegal. He won a team event medal and a county team medal for Dublin. The event was about 3 km long and about 120 participants competed. We are sure to see Adam running for Ireland one day soon.
Learning with Lego! The boys in Ms. O’Dell’s 3rd class were back in action today! They are currently on week 3 of their ‘Young Engineers’ programme. So far, they have learned how to make a motorised car and a swinging pirate ship! This week they focused on motorised conveyors belts!
Fionn from Ms.Dunne’s 2nd class spotted Alex Pansier’s photograph, entitled Jumping Jack, which has been shortlisted for the main prize at the Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards 2022. It captures a red squirrel jumping during a rainstorm in Maashorst, The Netherlands. He wanted to show his teacher and the other boys in his class this great find.

Tom and Tony from Ms.Brogan’s 1st Class made their way to Mr.Coyle’s office to show their hard work from class. They both were rewarded for their efforts, and we know this won’t be their last time to visit Mr.Coyle!!!!! Well done boys!!!
