Max from Mr.Cunningham’s class brought in his amazing set of classic car magazines given to him by his great uncle Bernard. Max wants a cherry red Ferrari when he grows up and his favourite car from the magazines is the vintage Rolls Royce.

The Senior White team ran around the school to show off their victory and new silverwear! The boys from Junior Infants to 1st class did not have the opportunity to travel to the match so it was great for them to get to talk to the team and join in on the celebrations!

Oisin in Mr. Curtin’s class was the man in the middle in Croke Park last Sunday for the half time game in the division 1 final. Oisin recently completed the Cumann na mBunscol young whistlers course delivered by Mr. Gough. Well done Oisin and we look forward to seeing you in Croke Park again soon.

Last week we saw big changes to the Pius X yards with the installation of climbing walls on the PE wall for the junior end of the school and along the back wall for the senior end. The climbing walls encourage boys to get active and focus on gross motor skills. The boys have really enjoyed the new addition.
