Tadhg, Fiach, Eoghan, Cillian and Kevin all competed in the ‘All Ireland Primary Schools Badminton Finals’ out in Baldoyle. The boys played three highly competitive schools and a combined total of six entertaining matches. The boys played against Raphoe Central (Co. Donegal), Scoil Phádraig Naofa (Co. Cork) and Manulla N.S (Co. Mayo).
Unfortunately, the school did not progress into the semi-finals, however, the boys all represented the school extremely well and played their matches with great skill and respect for the other teams. The five boys all put in excellent performances throughout the day and were very sportsmanlike in their defeat. A big thank you to Oliver Jennings and Ms. O’Dell for their help on the day.
