John the wood turner made his annual visit to St. Pius X and introduced the boys in 3rd, 4th and 5th class to the world of woodturning and carpentry. The boys got to play with some of Johns creations as well as watch how spinning tops and even pens are made using a lathe. I think we might have some future carpenters on our hands.
