As part of Active Week 2024, the boys and girls came together on Tuesday to have a dance off on the infant yard. Great fun was had. The Girls school thought they had won but we are fairly confident that our cool dance moves made us the clear winners.

Our Junior & Senior Sport’s Day took place last Wednesday. As you can see from the photos, it was a great day. Thanks to Ms. Goddard and Ms. Mooney for organising as well as Bernie Anderson for running the shop and raffle.

After a number of attempts, our senior greens got the well deserved success of winning the Corn Marino in Croke Park on Monday last. After a hard fought league campaign, the team, under the supervision of Mr. Faherty & Mr. Finnegan, were motivated with only one thing on their minds. Our student council made a visit to the Dail today to look at the inner workings of government. The place was quiet on probably one of the busiest weeks of the political year with the local and European elections looming. Thanks to all for making the visit possible.

Ms. O’ Neill’s class had an action packed Wellbeing week with loads of fun activities taking place. You can see from the boys faces, they had a great time. It was great to have their 6th class buddies down to share in the fun.

Our 4th Classes were on tour this week as they headed to DCU for the Lets Go camp day. With loads of activities to challenge the boys, they were flat out for the day. As you can see from the photos, the boys enjoyed there trip.

As what is now a rite of passage, the Heather Cup took place this week in from Monday to Thursday. 100s of boys and girls descended each evening to the green fields of Terenure College.
