The Senior Green’s coached by Mr. Finnegan and Ms. O’Dell played their final match yesterday against a very challenging St. Mary’s BNS, Rathfarnham. The boys played a very intense match against their competitors. Unfortunately, the match did not go our way. Both of our Junior Football Teams have hit the ground running this year. Our Junior Greens won their first two games against local rivals St. Mary’s, Rathfarnham and St. Joseph’s, Terenure. While our Junior Whites narrowly lost their first game against St. Mary’s, but had a superb game and win vs St. Joseph’s in Terenure College. Both teams will play

Boys from Mr. Finnegan’s and Mr. Dillon’s 5th class had a blast in Templeogue College yesterday at the Future Leaders Programme co-ordinated by their TY students. All boys enjoyed a range of activities including football, hurling and soccer as well as a quiz indoors.

The Senior Green’s coached by Mr. Finnegan and Ms. O’Dell had their second match last week in Terenure college with a 3pm kick off. The team played against a very competitive St. Mary’s B.N.S Lucan. The excellent Senior Green’s came away with the win at the final whistle with a score of 5-7 to 3-8. Congratulations Senior Green’s!

Jacob in Ms. O’Neill’s Senior Infants prepared an Oral Report on the Titanic. He had all his facts researched and was able to answer every question posed by classmates and teacher alike! Jacob is a very accomplished artist, even for one so young, and had made his own model of the ill-fated ship. Excellent work Jacob!

Buddy from Ms. Devenney’s 2nd class was lucky enough to see some Ireland players on Saturday ahead of their clash against England in the Aviva Stadium. He even managed to secure some big name signatures on his Ireland jersey too.
