The Annual Terenure College Cross Country took place in a sunny Terenure College today. All boys from 3rd to 6th competed in races against a number of schools from the area. Ahead of St. Brigid’s Day, the boys in St. Pius X have been learning all about St. Brigid and her traditions. The boys in Ms. Hunts class made some St. Brigid’s crosses using some good strong Galway rushes. The boys weaved some lovely designs in their crosses.
The boys in Ms. Pleamonn’s class worked really hard recently on their first piece of project work. The chosen topic was storms and in particular the big storm of 1947.
