What a joy this morning for Ms O’Neill’s Junior Infants to have some of their Grandparents in to visit!
Wind, rain and even flooding couldn’t keep these Super-Grans and Super-Granddad’s away!!
This is the first year for St Pius Boys’ School to formally celebrate Grandparents Day. The weather was against us, but this didn’t dampen our spirits! We will definitely be celebrating again next year and will be looking forward to meeting lots more of the wonderful Grandparents.
A special word of thanks to the members of the Student Council who ushered the Grandparents to and from the rooms. Thank you also to Ms Stewart who was the leading force in making the celebration a part of our school calendar.
