4th Class celebrated World Down Syndrome Day on Friday. The boys wore their brightest socks and showed them off as they walked the catwalk down the centre of the room. Watch out New York, Paris and Milan!

Recently, Rian from Ms Hunt’s class and Jonah from Mr Geraghty’s class had the incredible opportunity to be the mascots for the Ireland under 20 rugby team. The boys and their families travelled down to Cork where they visited the Centre of Excellence. They toured the training pitch and dressing rooms before getting kitted out in new jerseys, shorts and socks.

On Friday afternoon, the three 3rd Classes made the most of the lovely sunshine by heading down to Bushy Park. The boys had a great time playing football and making forts! We look forward to lots more trips to Bushy Park in the months ahead!

As part of our Seachtain na Gaeilge celebrations, we were delighted to recognise the Gaeilgeoir na Seachtaine winners from each class. These boys made a fantastic effort throughout the week to speak Irish, use their Gaeilge in class, and encourage others to do the same. Their enthusiasm and positivity helped create a wonderful Irish-speaking atmosphere around the school. Well done

Our school was full of colour and excitement as Seachtain na Gaeilge came to a close with our wonderful Paráid na Scoile for Lá Glas! All the boys proudly dressed in green and brought fantastic St. Patrick’s Day spirit to the parade. As part of our Seachtain na Gaeilge celebrations, students took part in a fun Cuardach Clóis (scavenger hunt) around the school grounds. Classes worked together with their buddy classes to search for clues and complete the challenge as Gaeilge. As part of our Seachtain na Gaeilge celebrations, all classes took part in Craic agus Comhrá. This was a wonderful opportunity for students to practise their oral Irish in a fun and relaxed way.
