Ms Robinson’s Junior Infants went on their school tour on Wednesday to Airfield Farm. They spent the day looking at all the animals on the working farm – cows, pigs, chickens, and donkeys to name but a few. They even managed to catch some frogs on their living things hunt! Big thank you to Iris for coming on tour 🙂

Our very own Ms.Goddard was absolutely delighted to hear the news that James and Harrison from Ms.Pleamonn’s 3rd class were awarded medals for their Rugby Tournament with Terenure Rugby Club. Well done boys!

Ms. Stewart’s and Ms. Crosbie’s 1st classes had fun in the sun at Newbridge Farm earlier in the week. We all enjoyed getting so close to the animals and exploring the farmyard. . . the playground was also a big hit with teachers and boys alike!! It was a wonderful day out, thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Ciaran from Ms.Pleamonn’s 3rd class has been very busy during spring growing his vegetable garden at home! However, it is not just potatoes that he grows he also has red cabbage, broccoli, leaks, beans, sweetcorn, strawberries, parsley, basil, onions, tomatoes, pumpkins, and rhubarb to name a few! Make sure to keep an eye out for Ciaran in your local Farmers’
