The Green Schools Committee have been working hard trying to encourage recycling and cutting down on our landfill waste in school. Ms. Devenney’s class took learning to new heights this week as students created and launched their own model rockets while studying the solar system. After exploring how planets orbit the sun and how rockets travel through space, students worked in teams to design, build, and decorate their own rockets.
