The boys in third class were admiring the new paint job on the side of the PE hall. With a green bottom and blue top, the boys were trying to figure out why JJ decided to paint those colours. Mr. Coyle has told us something big is happening and we will just have to wait and see!!

To celebrate World Book Day, the boys in Ms. Gallagher’s class brought in their favourite book. We practiced our reading super powers including ‘partner power’ and ‘book talk power’ by telling our partners all of our favourite parts of the book.

Ms. Brogan had to look twice on Thursday morning as her class was overtaken with characters who had escaped from the schools library. Of course this was part of World Book Day. The boys did extra DEAR time and are continuing to improve their reading skills in 1st class. Thankfully it wasn’t too hard to find Wally!!
