The boys in Ms. Robinson’s class enjoyed their drumming workshop. Another part of an action packed Well-being week. It may have been tough on the teachers ears, but the boys didn’t seem to mind. They also enjoyed their time as circus performers. Although they may look easy, these skills took a lot of time and concentration to master.

As part of well-being week, the boys across the school were treated to smoothies by the schools well being committee. All classes had the blenders at the ready to make tasty smoothies using loads of fruits and berries. Ms. Stewarts class can be seen enjoying their smoothies.

Well done to our Athletics team who competed in the Cumann na mBunscol Sports in UCD today. All the boys were excellent and represented the school with pride. Special mention goes to Daniel in Mr. Smyth’s class who won gold in the U14 80 m Sprint. This is a record for St. Pius X BNS with our first medal in

Ms. Brogan’s class was in Lullymore farm this week. A great day was had, helped by the glorious weather. School tours are always a highlight of the year and you can see that from this video Ms. Brogan put together, with a few guest contributors.

The boys in Ms. Herity’s class were on tour this week to Lullymore. They had a farmtastic time, embracing all aspects of country life. An undoubtable highlight was the bus trip up and down to Lullymore.

Ms. Mooney’s boys were on tour this week. The boys headed off to Lullymore on what was a lovely sunny days. The boys got a taste of country life and made a few new friends along the way.

The boys in Ms. Mooney’s class have been making the best of the weather, getting out on the yard and conducting some science experiment. Although it hasn’t been that windy, the boys used balloons to conduct their experiments on the yard. Look how much fun they had.

Well done to Daniel, Chris, Jack and Richard in 6th class who represented the school at the Castle Cup on Monday. The team looked the part with their new gear and enjoyed the sun as they swapped the classroom for the golf course. Well done boys.
