Another absolutely amazing ‘Show and Tell’ by Eunan in Ms. O’Neill’s Senior Infants. Eunan was so taken with Roald Dahl’s Revolting Recipes that he decided to try one himself. Eunan made his own Menu Board and a giant-sized illustrated recipe procedure! Then he got busy in the kitchen and whipped up a batch of Gumballs. Not so revolting after all.

This year Mr. Réamonn has been taking the Mathletes Club to the classroom as part of a pilot scheme introduced for 4th classes. Tim in Mr. Curtin’s 6th class was competing in ‘Swim Ireland’s u13 Water Polo Cup 2024’ in Belfast last Friday. His team played five very competitive matches and Tim’s team named ‘half-moon’ came out victorious. Congratulations Tim!

Ms Gallagher’s boys had so much fun doing maths stations to mark ‘Maths week’. The boys changed to a new station every 10 minutes so that they could explore a range of different maths areas including, 2D Shapes, Patterns, number formation and counting!
