Ms. McWeeney’s Junior Infants got to meet up with their big buddies from Mr. Geraghty’s class on Friday. The boys were so lucky to have some 6th class expertise to help with their Autumn leaf art. We can’t wait for the next meet up.
We had a visit from the new Principal of Templeogue College, Mr. Dowling to talk about secondary school and their Open Day on 10th October next Thursday. He was joined by the school’s Captain and Vice Captain, both of whom are ex Pius pupils, Joshua Walker and Dara Commins.

Both of our Junior Football Teams have hit the ground running this year. Our Junior Greens won their first two games against local rivals St. Mary’s, Rathfarnham and St. Joseph’s, Terenure. Boys from Mr. Finnegan’s and Mr. Dillon’s 5th class had a blast in Templeogue College yesterday at the Future Leaders Programme co-ordinated by their TY students. All boys enjoyed a range of activities including football, hurling and soccer as well as a quiz indoors.
