Well done to our Senior Quiz Team who, on March 26th, represented St. Pius X BNS in the Grand Final of the Dublin Libraries Interschool Quiz. The team of four 6th class boys – Jamie, Joe, Cillian and Evan – along with Mr. Réamonn and Mr. Coyle, travelled to Tallaght Library to partake in the quiz. After taking home silver medals at the local competition in Ballyroan Library on March 12th, the boys competed against 17 other winning teams from around the South Dublin area for the title of South Dublin champions. After eight rounds of challenging general knowledge questions, our boys ultimately finished in 4th place – a great result for such a fiercely fought competition! Congratulations boys … as always you make the school very proud!
