On Tuesday the boys from fourth class were privileged to have an expert on wildlife and biodiversity show them what was on our doorstep in Bushy Park and along the River Dodder. Michéal Coughlan from Heritage in Schools took the boys on a most interesting, guided walk, pointing out the various wild flowers and distinguishing native from invasive. They also investigated the mini beasts to be found under old wood and had a go at identifying some of the trees.
