Both of our Junior football teams kicked off the season with games against St. Joseph’s BNS and Ballyroan BNS. While playing across the road from each other in Terenure College and Bushy Park both teams put in some great performances and displayed great skill levels. Faughs GAA Club are hosting their annual Community Schools Project Night this Thursday 12th June at 7:30pm. All 4th class boys who took part designing a logo to celebrate 140 years of Faughs GAA are welcome to attend on the night. Awards will be presented by William Maher, National Head of Hurling.

Since the beginning of the school year our Active Schools Committee have been working extremely hard to earn our Active School Flag. After a tremendous whole school effort we were awarded the flag last week. What an amazing achievement for the school, particularly all the boys on the Active Schools Committee who worked so hard.
