Ms. Stewart’s and Ms. Crosbie’s 1st classes had fun in the sun at Newbridge Farm earlier in the week. We all enjoyed getting so close to the animals and exploring the farmyard. . . the playground was also a big hit with teachers and boys alike!! It was a wonderful day out, thoroughly enjoyed by all.

What a week was had by all the boys. We want to say a big thank you to everyone who participated this week. The weather was good to us and this really helped to make the sports days such a great success. Thank you to all the staff who helped with everything, we really could not do it without you.

Ciaran from Ms.Pleamonn’s 3rd class has been very busy during spring growing his vegetable garden at home! However, it is not just potatoes that he grows he also has red cabbage, broccoli, leaks, beans, sweetcorn, strawberries, parsley, basil, onions, tomatoes, pumpkins, and rhubarb to name a few! Make sure to keep an eye out for Ciaran in your local Farmers’

We had the best day ever on our school tour to Kildare Maze Activity Centre. With the lovely weather the boys had a great day outdoors, gathering steps. . . and losing their teacher!! The boys really enjoyed roaming the maze, which has over 2km of paths and is nearly 2 acres in size!

The sun was shining today and so were the boys from Junior Infants and 5th class. A great day was had by all. Safe to say we are all tired after that one! 🥱😴 Nevertheless we are looking forward to tomorrow’s sports day!! 🙂
