Mr. Barron from Templeogue College called into Mr. Coyle today to discuss the Future Leaders Programme his TY students will be coordinating with our 4th and 5th class boys. Today was the first step of an 8 year journey for the Junior Infant boys. Ms. McWeeney, Ms. Brogan and Ms. Gallagher were on hand to welcome the boys to their new classrooms. At the beginning of 2024 Adam in Mr. Faherty’s 5th Class won his first gold medal in the Dublin indoor championship in the long jump with only one day of training with a jump of 3 metres and 83 centimetres wining by 11 cm. The boys in Ms. Mason’s 1st class had an explosive time today in the sun as they finally got to see their volcanoes in action. The boys have worked hard the last week designing and creating their volcanoes. While it was a bit messy. You can clearly see the boys had great fun.
