The sun was shining today and so were the boys from Junior Infants and 5th class. A great day was had by all. Safe to say we are all tired after that one! 🥱😴 Nevertheless we are looking forward to tomorrow’s sports day!! 🙂

Mr Smyth’s class were first out the gate for their school tour Monday to the Kildare Maze Activity Centre. With the weather lovely and warm, the boys had a great day outdoors, having a ball and losing their teacher!! Our Community Garda, Brendan, visited the boys in 6th class today and gave them some tips on staying safe online. They also chatted about what’s expected of them as young men of our community.
What can we recycle and what is not recyclable???? We all got the opportunity to learn about what can and cannot be recycled. Why don’t you try this at home? Look out for the gtrrn recycling bin label on the side of the packaging.
The boys in Miss Devenney’s class had some special helpers today helping them to practise their belly breathing. As it was such a sunny day and also it being Wellbeing Week in school it was great for the boys to get out and practise this form of breathing. Even the bears enjoyed themselves !!!
